First Real PT Session

Elliptical Trainer: 15 min, hill program
Leg Press: 1 set of 20 reps, 1 set of 15 reps
Leg Curl: 2 sets of 15 reps
Pectoral Fly: 2 sets of 15 reps
Rear Deltoid: 2 sets of 15 reps
Lateral Deltoid: 1 set of 15 reps, 1 set of 20 reps
Tricep Extension: 2 sets of 15 reps
Elliptical Trainer: 10 min
Stretching: 10 min

Yes, still didn't note down the weights. My trainer told me not to worry about it. She's keeping track.

Today's officially the first of my 85 physical training sessions with Corinna. Hopefully in about half a year, I'll be able to pick up martial arts again. Or maybe I'll ask her to teach me fencing. :D
